HOW TO BURN/TREAM DOWN UR FAT/POT BELLY $ POST PREG BELLY.     Most women worry about their enlarged belly after birth and are always eager  to return to pre-pregnancy shape or have a nice figure. It is therefore necessary to commence some exercises at home,  go to the gym  or begin to do both.
Mrs Renee a fitness expert says the woman can rest a few days after return from hospital and then gradually start with taking walks.
“After a week, the new mom can start workouts.  She can do about fifty sit-ups and crunches at least twice a day. She said jogging at least twice day is also a great way to trim down the belly weight.
This is when you can start your sit up routine. In between caring for your new baby you can always find time for a ten to fifteen minute workout. The bottom line is that in order to reach your goal you will have to watch what you eat and stick to your workout routine.
If done properly you will be amazed at how beneficial doing regular sit-ups combined with a few daily walks can really be. Keep your meal portion sizes small. Some people think that you need to eat less during the day, but all you really need to do is eat more meals but in smaller amounts. Remember also that the longer you wait after you have had your baby the more difficult it will be to take off that belly fat.
Some activities you could do include jogging around the neighborhood, going for a swim, working in your garden, dancing, among others. Make an effort to invest at least three to five hours to exercising each week. Your heart will be happy, and the fat will begin to fade – even around your belly.
And last, but certainly not least, be sure to drink plenty of water! Your body needs to stay hydrated to burn fat efficiently. Make sure that you are getting at least 8 cups of water each day.
By combining a healthy diet with an effective exercise routine, you can eliminate your post pregnancy tummy and get back to enjoying life while wearing your favorite clothes.
